Description

  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for contract execution and resource management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and performance management across scope, schedule, quality, risk, staffing, and resources.
  • Guide project teams to ensure alignment with program objectives, contract requirements, and organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of executive briefings, reports, dashboards, presentations, and other contract deliverables.
  • Coordinate collaboration across stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to support implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support Agile and SAFe delivery practices, including planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and provide executive oversight for pilot activities, training initiatives, and completion reports.
  • Oversee monthly implementation progress dashboards, program status reports, digital health pipeline dashboards, and evaluation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience leading federal program management, healthcare transformation, digital health, or technology initiatives for Federal Government clients.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Federal Government agencies, preferably within VA, DoD, DHA, HHS, or other federal healthcare organizations.
  • Experience managing complex projects or programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and resource management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for government clients and building collaborative relationships.
  • Experience overseeing project planning, performance management, issue resolution, and contract deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and presenting executive-level briefings, strategic recommendations, program status reports, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate program risks, resolve complex issues, and make sound decisions.
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience leading digital health, healthcare innovation, AI, or healthcare technology programs (preferred).
  • Experience with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, or enterprise transformation (preferred).
  • Experience managing Agile and SAFe delivery teams (preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification (preferred).
  • Contingent upon award in Aug/Sept 2026.
