Description

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of complex healthcare programs and initiatives.
  • Oversee program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, resources, and performance objectives.
  • Manage the collection, integration, analysis, and quality of complex healthcare, operational, and program data.
  • Use analytical methods, statistical techniques, and data models to identify trends, patterns, and risks.
  • Develop performance measures, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and other analytical products for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Translate analytical findings into recommendations for planning, process improvement, risk management, and operational decisions.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams.
  • Ensure program and analytics activities align with organizational objectives, contractual requirements, and mission priorities.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience in government contracting, healthcare, or similarly complex environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in data management and analytics, including data analysis, reporting, performance measurement, and data quality.
  • PMP certification or a similar certification, with at least 6 years supporting a large corporation or government agency.
  • Experience working directly with federal government clients and cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of VHA data systems and repositories, including CDW, VistA, VSSC, RAMP, PTF/MedSAS, MCA, PCMM, NPCD, and VETSNET.
  • Preferred: experience leading large-scale data and analytics initiatives within VHA or another federal healthcare environment.
  • Preferred: experience developing analytical models and performance measures for healthcare operations and program performance.
  • Preferred: advanced experience with data visualization, business intelligence, and analytical tools, including executive-level dashboards and reports.
  • Preferred: experience presenting findings to senior government and executive leadership.
  • Preferred: experience supporting healthcare transformation, performance improvement, or modernization efforts in the federal government.
