Description

  • Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract talent in the Web3, Crypto, and FinTech sectors.
  • Partner with leadership on HR operations, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
  • Design and implement initiatives that support a high-performance, inclusive, and positive remote-first culture.
  • Establish and refine HR policies and procedures to support scalability and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain awareness of regional labor laws and employment practices to ensure compliance across global markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HR or recruitment experience.
  • Experience in Crypto, Blockchain, or FinTech industries is preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting recruitment or HR operations across multiple markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, or global remote hubs is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the decentralized exchange landscape and the talent needs of a decentralized organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential.
