Description

  • Hire, lead, and coach a global team of 7–8 Partner Success Managers across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Design and implement global playbooks for partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Ensure 85% of new partners are fully set up within their first 16 days.
  • Analyze churn indicators across the partner base to identify trends and reduce friction.
  • Partner closely with Channel Account Management leaders to remove roadblocks and support sales goals.
  • Drive proactive action on at-risk partner indicators and coordinate resources to prevent churn.
  • Establish, track, and report KPIs for onboarding health and team impact.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, best practices, and transparent communication to keep the team aligned globally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in customer success, enablement, or account management.
  • Proven experience building teams or processes from scratch.
  • Direct, candid communication style with the ability to lead through transparency and trust.
  • Experience with data and trend analysis to turn account signals into action plans.
  • Strong personal ownership of outcomes and company goals.
  • Experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build culture and keep remote teams cohesive across time zones.
