Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People and Administration Officer, CEO, and executive leadership team on key company decisions.
  • Own the Board operating cadence, including timeline management, stakeholder follow-through, and secure delivery of Board materials and pre-reads.
  • Coordinate end-to-end Board material preparation by consolidating inputs, shaping executive narratives, and ensuring materials are decision-ready.
  • Help run the executive operating system, including initiative accountability, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning.
  • Drive strategic alignment across departments by connecting priorities, surfacing tradeoffs, and keeping leaders focused on key outcomes.
  • Gather information, identify decision opportunities, and help executives move quickly from context to decision.
  • Lead and support high-priority cross-functional work that requires strategic analysis, program management, and hands-on execution.
  • Build and scale operating rhythms, processes, and communication cadences that improve execution across the executive team and company.
  • Foster strong relationships across senior leadership and teams to build trust, improve collaboration, and increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Form, coordinate, and motivate internal tiger teams to tackle urgent business priorities and follow through on critical work.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, program leadership, or a Chief of Staff role supporting senior executives in a scaling environment.
  • Proven ability to advise executives and senior leaders through ambiguity using data, context, and judgment.
  • Strong operator instincts with the ability to move between strategy, structure, and execution.
  • Exceptional analytical capability with comfort digging into complex business questions and translating findings into action.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle sensitive information with maturity, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Strong program management discipline with a bias toward action, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and context evolves.
  • A practical, low-ego leadership style and desire to enable the success of others.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting executive teams in a remote-first, scaling company.
