Description

  • Assist with digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and lead-generation goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage LinkedIn and other social media activity, including content planning, publishing, engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Create marketing content for social media, email campaigns, websites, articles, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, including segmentation, copywriting, scheduling, follow-ups, and analysis.
  • Support lead-generation initiatives through targeted content, messaging, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Review and optimise website content and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement basic on-page SEO practices.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Research audiences, competitors, and industry trends while coordinating marketing activity with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Based in the Philippines.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong B2B copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social media channels for business growth and brand awareness.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing, lead generation, audience segmentation, SEO, website optimisation, and landing-page best practices.
  • Ability to analyse marketing data, track KPIs, and improve campaign performance using insights.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Canva, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Excellent written English, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently in a remote team.
  • Availability to align with Australian business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM Monday to Friday, and willingness to disclose ongoing work and list the engagement on LinkedIn as an independent contractor.
