Description

  • Manage and continuously improve the company website, landing pages, user experience, and brand consistency.
  • Create and repurpose written, visual, gated, and downloadable content across marketing channels.
  • Manage HubSpot marketing activities, lead-capture workflows, lead scoring, and CRM integration.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO initiatives.
  • Analyse campaign and marketing data and provide performance-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales to qualify and manage marketing-generated leads.
  • Coordinate webinars, including registrations, communications, presentation assets, and live delivery support.
  • Use AI tools for content creation, campaign planning, design, research, automation, and process improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
  • Proven ability to independently manage marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong content marketing, copywriting, and written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing websites and using website CMS platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
  • Experience planning, managing, analysing, and optimising digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, lead generation, and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Figma, Google Workspace, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Claude AI or other AI-powered marketing tools; AI workflow experience is preferred.
  • Proactive, organised, accountable, commercially minded, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
