Description

  • Manage, improve, and optimise the company website, user experience, and brand consistency.
  • Create and publish website content, landing pages, and campaign-specific pages.
  • Develop written and visual content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets, and marketing collateral.
  • Repurpose content across relevant digital marketing channels.
  • Manage HubSpot marketing activities, lead-capture workflows, gated-content integrations, and lead-scoring processes.
  • Partner with sales to support lead qualification and improve the handoff of marketing-generated leads.
  • Plan, execute, analyse, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO initiatives.
  • Coordinate webinars, including registrations, attendee communications, presentation assets, and live-delivery support.
  • Use AI tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, research, design, automation, and marketing processes.
  • Provide commercially focused recommendations to leadership based on marketing performance insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management.
  • Ability to independently manage marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong content marketing, copywriting, and written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Hands-on website management and CMS experience.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
  • Experience planning, managing, analysing, and optimising digital campaigns.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, lead generation, lead qualification, and lead scoring.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Google Workspace, marketing analytics platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools such as Claude AI.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows is highly regarded.
  • Proactive, organised, commercially minded, adaptable, and accountable, with strong problem-solving skills.
