Description

  • Own enterprise sales cycles from outbound prospecting through close across new and existing accounts.
  • Build pipeline from scratch and identify quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Use a consultative, solution-based sales approach to create value for customers.
  • Track customer details, next steps, timelines, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, product, and community.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support land-and-expand opportunities and help negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to community engagement and help customers adopt the company’s software.
  • Help onboard new team members as the team grows.
  • Develop strategic plans for renewals and longer-term customer expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Enterprise sales experience, ideally in ML, big data, cloud, or SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success closing new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Experience with land-and-expand motions; PLG or OSS motion is a plus.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote environment.
  • English fluency required; German fluency is nice to have.
  • Remote role with a preference for candidates based in the EU.
  • Able to apply a consultative approach with a strong focus on understanding customer needs.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $300,000 USD.
  • 50/50 compensation split with $150,000 USD base salary and $150,000 USD variable commission.
