Description

  • Own the publishing calendar across all channels and ensure content is published consistently.
  • Create content including thought leadership, case studies, social posts, email newsletters, and sales enablement assets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing and funnel performance metrics.
  • Uphold editorial standards across all published content.
  • Brief, manage, and quality-control freelance writers, designers, and other external specialists.
  • Lead SEO and GEO strategy and execution.
  • Own social media channels, including planning, posting, community engagement, and follower growth.
  • Manage website content to keep it fresh, optimized, and aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Run the email newsletter program from planning through send and reporting.
  • Partner with the sales team to produce and maintain sales enablement and account-specific content.
  • Own lead scoring and prospect-related CRM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning content strategy end-to-end, from planning through execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Strong editorial skills with a sharp eye for detail and a high standard for published work.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM, WordPress or an equivalent CMS, and Google Analytics.
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve and accelerate workflows.
  • A commercial mindset with an understanding of how content drives pipeline and growth.
  • Experience managing freelancers and external content partners.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
  • A growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise or technical audiences is desired.
  • Background in B2B services, agency, or SaaS environments is desired.
  • Familiarity with WordPress as a product is desired.
  • Experience with SEO and emerging GEO/AI search optimization practices is desired.
  • A track record of growing engaged audiences on LinkedIn or other social channels is desired.
  • Must be based within EMEA, plus or minus 4 hours from GMT.
  • This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
