Description

  • Own the client experience from onboarding through ongoing account management for enterprise WordPress clients.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships grounded in trust and strategic partnership.
  • Lead structured business reviews that drive clear decisions, next steps, and accountability.
  • Identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Translate client goals into account growth strategies and commercial opportunities.
  • Work with delivery teams to keep projects aligned with business outcomes, priorities, and constraints.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for account-level issues and handle difficult conversations when expectations drift.
  • Monitor account health, revenue, and forecasting data to support reliable planning and decision-making.
  • Surface delivery and commercial risks early and manage them proactively.
  • Ensure clients experience Human Made as organized, responsive, and dependable.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a web development agency focused on WordPress or open source CMS platforms.
  • Experience building senior stakeholder relationships and discussing business outcomes rather than only technical features.
  • Proven ability to manage and close opportunities within a client portfolio.
  • Experience meeting individual sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to maintain accurate, trusted forecasts that align with actual results.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance growth goals against delivery reality.
  • Experience creating and using Account Growth Strategies to drive results.
  • Ability to understand a client's business, stakeholders, and operating context in depth.
  • Comfort handling difficult conversations and resetting expectations when needed.
  • Preferred: experience working across global teams or in a fully remote environment.

  • Salary of $80,000-$100,000 USD depending on experience.
