Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Build integrations between Salesforce and internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
Serve as a technical leader by providing guidance, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
Use AI coding assistants in the daily development workflow to speed up development, debugging, documentation, and code review.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
Drive Salesforce development best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, source-driven development, and change management.
Own the resolution of complex production issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
Use Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules where appropriate.
Support system architecture decisions that account for data volume, security, and governor limits.
Contribute to maintaining a scalable, high-performing, and compliant Salesforce platform.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a complex enterprise environment.
Advanced proficiency with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and related Salesforce development tools.
Extensive experience developing in Lightning Experience, including Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong experience with large-scale data migrations, integration patterns, and Salesforce data management.
Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II highly preferred.
Experience using agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Agentforce Vibes for multi-step tasks like refactoring, test generation, and documentation.
Experience with Git, GitHub, and Salesforce DX for source-driven development.
Ability to work with automated unit and integration testing in a CI/CD environment.
Trailhead rankings may be considered in addition to or in lieu of certification with appropriate experience.

Benefits

Base salary range of $185,000 to $205,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
Potential additional compensation including bonuses, commissions, and equity.
