Description

Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation scripts.
Develop custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal.
Lead integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
Ensure platform security, compliance, RBAC, and data governance best practices.
Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, optimize performance, and perform root cause analysis.
Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship is required to support federal contract requirements and obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
Advanced experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development, including widget customization and UI scripting.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow deployments.
Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
Preferred deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
Preferred experience with Integration Hub and complex external API integrations.

Benefits

Fully remote position working EST hours.
Full-time role.
Salary of $90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience.
Opportunity to work on mission-critical federal government projects.
