Description

  • Review pricing information from other 401(k) providers to support competitive comparisons for new business.
  • Track product requests and provide input to improve the company’s technology services.
  • Share educational updates and insights in Revenue team meetings.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries from sales and implementation teams by phone and email.
  • Work with the manager to review and improve processes and procedures for team performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to answer client questions about plan design and product support.
  • Drive client relationships through the implementation stage and, when needed, ongoing support.
  • Identify recurring issues and trends and help implement permanent process improvements.
  • Serve a geographically diverse client base.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer support or account management.
  • Prior experience in the defined contribution industry is required.
  • QKA or a similar industry designation is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced growth environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Professional, confident, and empathetic communication skills over phone and email.
  • Ability to stay composed in high-stress situations.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for serving clients.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $100,000 - $110,000, including a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 and $20,000 variable target compensation.
