Description

  • Run full-cycle deals from demo completion through close.
  • Research and target prospective companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrate the platform to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate customer contracts.
  • Record and document sales activity in Salesforce.com.
  • Use sales technology tools effectively to support the sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Comfort using Salesforce or other CRM systems and a wide range of sales tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solutions-oriented approach to handling objections and showing customer value.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to bounce back quickly from setbacks.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
  • Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone.

  • Total On Target Earnings of $150,000-$155,000, including a $77,500 base salary and a $77,500 variable target compensation.
