Description

  • Lead pricing strategy for HubSpot’s AI-first platform and the evolution of HubSpot Credits to support usage-based growth.
  • Partner with Product, GTM, Finance, Engineering, and other teams to move monetization concepts from research to global launch.
  • Define long-term monetization roadmaps and lead the initiatives needed to execute them.
  • Direct end-to-end strategy for migrating customers from legacy pricing models to modern models while balancing business risk and customer experience.
  • Design and run primary pricing research studies such as Conjoint and Van Westendorp analyses.
  • Use product usage, retention, and financial data to forecast the impact of pricing changes across the business.
  • Define global pricing guidelines and embed AI-driven tools into pricing research and decision-making workflows.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into recommendations for high-stakes pricing decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of strategic experience in Pricing Strategy, Monetization, or Management Consulting.
  • Deep expertise in monetization, especially usage-based or credit models.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets such as usage, retention, and adoption metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and gain buy-in from senior executives and the C-suite.
  • Ownership mentality and the ability to drive execution of large-scale transformation projects under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to bring clarity and urgency in a fast-paced environment where information may be incomplete.
  • Commitment to solving for the customer when designing complex financial or model transitions.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or at an AI/usage-based pioneer company is preferred.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative pricing research techniques, such as conjoint, Van Westendorp, monadic pricing surveys, and A/B testing of price points, is preferred.
  • Experience in GTM strategy or Product within the tech sector is preferred.
  • Track record of managing projects with stakeholders more senior than yourself is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $128,000 to $192,000 USD.
  • Base salary plus on-target commission for eligible roles.
  • Annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
  • Eligibility for equity compensation through restricted stock units (RSUs) for some roles.
  • Potential overtime pay for some roles.
  • Flexible work model with both remote and office options.
  • In-person onboarding and team connection events for eligible teams.
