Description

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and urgency.
  • Book quality discovery meetings for prospective customers.
  • Track and exceed KPIs for activity, meetings delivered, and pipeline impact.
  • Partner closely with sales teammates to support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Learn quickly, apply coaching, and continuously improve sales performance.
  • Use AI-powered tools and sales platforms to support research and outreach.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience is not specified, but candidates should show either past sales success or strong performance in other goal-driven roles such as fundraising, athletics, or the service industry.
  • Interest in building a long-term career path in sales; this role is not intended for candidates split between sales and other career paths.
  • Resilient, coachable, and receptive to feedback.
  • Curious, self-starting, and comfortable taking ownership without close direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence making cold calls.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Technologically fluent and able to adapt to new technologies, including AI tools.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to work either from Cambridge, Massachusetts or remotely in the US.

  • Annual cash compensation range of $72,580–$83,520 USD.
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
