Description

  • Define architectural standards and best practices for an entire customer function or geo-region.
  • Translate future-state business needs into scalable solutions across the HubSpot platform and its ecosystem.
  • Lead the strategic direction for large-scale enterprise integration and consolidation programs.
  • Own the long-term technical roadmap methodology for a customer segment or function.
  • Lead solution design for strategic multi-pillar engagements and establish architectural guardrails for internal teams and partners.
  • Serve as the highest technical authority on critical customer and partner-led projects and define risk mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and AI advancements and define how HubSpot should incorporate them.
  • Lead the strategy for customer adoption of HubSpot’s AI products.
  • Create and deliver C-suite-level vision presentations on AI-powered transformation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to provide market feedback and influence platform vision.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German.
  • 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or a similar technical leadership role within global SaaS.
  • A strong track record of designing, selling, and overseeing delivery of transformative, multi-platform technical architectures for complex global organizations.
  • Deep expertise in technical problem solving and defining clear, scalable, and resilient technical strategies.
  • Experience with system integration best practices, API governance, and enterprise-grade architectural design patterns.
  • Ability to define architectural patterns for AI-based solutions using orchestration, automation, and AI-first development techniques.
  • Deep cross-functional business acumen and ability to connect technology strategy to business model outcomes.
  • Experience defining and evangelizing the long-term ROI of technical strategies to executive stakeholders.
  • Thought leadership in holistic systems thinking across multiple business domains and mission-critical platforms.
  • Exemplary executive communication skills and experience driving alignment through complex organizational change.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of €83,600–€143,100 EUR.
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets.
  • Some roles are eligible for HubSpot’s equity plan and restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Flexible work model with both remote and office options.
  • In-person onboarding at a regional HubSpot office for Engineering roles.
  • Additional in-person team events for Product team members.
