Description

  • Own complex financial modeling for new product initiatives and launches while supporting long-term financial goals.
  • Identify and analyze key financial drivers and recommend actions that improve business decisions and results.
  • Build strong relationships across the business and present strategies and outcomes to senior executives.
  • Partner with Product Operations, Business Insights, FP&A, and other stakeholders to translate customer usage data into financial impact.
  • Create tailored narratives that support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to the broader team vision by setting goals, priorities, milestones, and resource needs.
  • Support cross-functional execution and identify strategic opportunities to accelerate progress.
  • Enable strategic decision making on pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategy, product strategy, and related topics.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Product Operations, Pricing, or another analytical field.
  • Industry experience in technology or software.
  • Hands-on experience with subscription and usage-based forecasting models preferred.
  • Advanced financial analysis and complex modeling skills.
  • Ability to evaluate multivariate forecasting models, stress test assumptions, and explain the logic clearly to executive audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for senior leadership.
  • Experience building alignment across functions and influencing without authority.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with Python or R.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale analytics architectures built for a variety of applications.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $123,600 to $197,800 USD.
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets.
  • Equity plan eligibility for some roles, including restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Potential overtime pay for some roles.
