Description

  • Lead monthly and quarterly close cycles end-to-end, coordinating inputs across teams and translating results into actionable insights for finance leadership.
  • Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, ensuring budget data is accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
  • Prepare materials for executive financial reviews and support Board reporting.
  • Serve as the primary finance point of contact for core functions and partner with business leaders on budgeting and operating expense management.
  • Monitor and manage overall financial performance across core business areas.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across FP&A to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Leverage automation and AI tools to improve finance workflows.
  • Build and run company-wide FP&A processes and manage core financial systems.
  • Act as a bridge between FP&A and the rest of Finance to support cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and data management.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams and communicate complex financial topics clearly to leadership.
  • Experience improving financial processes through modern systems, automation, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Proactive ownership mindset with strong accountability and follow-through.
  • Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows.
  • Willingness to apply human-in-the-loop practices and continuously adapt as AI tools evolve.
  • Comfort working in financial systems such as Anaplan or NetSuite is preferred.
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data, such as using SQL, is preferred.
  • Genuine interest in crypto and awareness of the broader financial and competitive landscape is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $108,630 to $127,800 USD, depending on work location.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Remote-first flexibility for many roles, with in-person participation required throughout the year.
  • Company-wide and team offsites held multiple times annually, with attendance fully supported.
