Description

  • Own customer contract processes and manage customer renewals.
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to resolve customer inquiries accurately.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, customer success managers, and management to execute the renewal process.
  • Build cooperative working relationships with customers.
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues.
  • Provide feedback on renewal management processes and help pilot new playbooks and workflows.
  • Engage multiple customers by phone daily through scheduled and ad hoc calls.
  • Ensure customers are maximizing the value of their investment in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finnish, plus English.
  • Experience with customer service and contract management.
  • Negotiation or sales experience.
  • Prior account management and/or customer retention experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity and creativity.
  • Ability to understand multiple perspectives in a situation.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a phone conversation.
  • Prioritization, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic and motivating environment.
  • Commitment to building relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment focused on equality and inclusion.
