Description

  • Review, draft, negotiate, and track site contracts and related agreements, including confidentiality, master services, consulting, vendor, clinical study, and amendment agreements.
  • Work with supervisors and internal and external stakeholders to resolve or escalate contractual issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.
  • Update study team members on contract negotiation and execution status.
  • Establish, track, report, and manage site contract metrics.
  • Support maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
  • Assist in designing and implementing policies and procedures to support timely contract execution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Operations study team to align deliverables with study timelines.

Requirements

  • Fluent Turkish and English.
  • Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year college degree.
  • Experience in a CRO or on the clinical site side.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budget negotiations.
  • Substantial experience in site contract and budget negotiation in Turkey with expertise in Turkish local requirements.
  • Experience leading interactions with study teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in law, scientific fields, business administration, or an equivalent degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of setting up contracting plans and guides for CTA and budget negotiations preferred.
  • Experience managing relationships with study teams, CRAs, Start-up Associates, or (S)BSCA to meet study timelines preferred.
  • Experience leading interactions with sponsors preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software programs and computer applications.
