Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound product and sales-related queries from website and phone channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide the best next steps or resources to help resolve inquiries.
  • Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects through phone and live chat.
  • Schedule discovery calls for assigned Account Executives.
  • Close deals with small companies for starter and add-on products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the ISC team to improve the customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency and clear communication in German and English.
  • Currently based in Germany and authorized to work in Germany.
  • Strong motivation for sales and interest in building a sales career.
  • Competitive mindset with comfort working toward targets and KPIs.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving ability to work resourcefully.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Growth mindset and coachability, with openness to feedback and improvement.
  • Previous sales experience is not required.
