Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Find new prospects through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base opportunities at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions across multiple stakeholders, including directly to C-level executives.
  • Work collaboratively with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy as new features and products are introduced.
  • Run online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business consultant throughout the sales process end to end.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota-based closing role.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Experience presenting and pitching to C-level executives on business change.
  • Experience managing monthly and annual pipeline with proven forecasting accuracy.
  • A goal-oriented track record of consistently overachieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales method, such as Sandler.
  • Understanding of how businesses grow and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies (preferred/top-performer trait).
  • Genuine curiosity about business and technology (preferred/top-performer trait).
  • Experience taking on additional responsibility in team environments, such as coaching, mentoring, or team projects (preferred/top-performer trait).
