Description

  • Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Source new prospects through both inbound leads and self-generated outreach.
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base opportunities at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Sell through internal champions and engage multiple stakeholders as well as C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to evolve the sales strategy as new features and products launch.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business consultant throughout the end-to-end sales process.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Professional fluency in both English and French.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Experience presenting and pitching to C-level executives on business change.
  • Experience managing monthly and annual pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Proven record of exceeding monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Strong understanding of how businesses grow and the ability to advise C-level executives on growth strategies (preferred).
  • Genuine curiosity about business and technology (preferred).
  • Growth mindset with a habit of seeking feedback for self-development (preferred).
  • History of taking on additional responsibility in team settings, such as coaching, mentoring, or team projects (preferred).
