Description

  • Own and execute the global marketing strategy, demand generation plans, and campaign calendar.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across website, events, content, partnerships, email, webinars, paid media, and social channels.
  • Track, report, and improve marketing-generated pipeline, sales prospects, and campaign performance.
  • Manage website operations, updates, messaging alignment, conversion optimisation, and the website rebuild project.
  • Oversee Huble’s HubSpot ecosystem presence, including partner directory activity and co-marketing with HubSpot and other technology partners.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, promotion, budgets, follow-up, and ROI reporting.
  • Review, sign off, and coordinate content for blogs, campaigns, web pages, webinars, email, and social media.
  • Manage the Multimedia Designer and Content & Search Manager, including prioritisation, performance reviews, and workload planning.
  • Coordinate global and regional marketing activity with Commercial Directors, the CEO, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Use HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Content Hub for campaign execution, reporting, workflows, data tracking, and marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, CRM, consulting, digital services, or HubSpot ecosystem environments.
  • Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing activity.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, events, content, website activity, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Experience managing people and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management capability.
  • Experience using platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Content Hub.
  • Comfortable executing and managing marketing activity directly within HubSpot.
  • Understanding of marketing reporting, attribution, workflows, campaign tracking, and CRM alignment.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, proactive, accountable, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
