Description

Design scalable, innovative client solutions using HubSpot CRM as a central platform.
Integrate systems and architect data flows across the client’s existing technology stack and business processes.
Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to define architecture and project scope.
Create architecture diagrams and comprehensive implementation documentation, including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
Stay current on new technology features and communicate relevant changes internally and to clients.
Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.

Requirements

Experience with HubSpot or transferable experience from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience in a digital or technical agency/consultancy in a client-facing consulting or specialist role.
Experience across the full delivery lifecycle, including consulting, solution building, implementation, and training.
Strong ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation such as API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
Sound knowledge of big data.
Experience integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or working with custom-built solutions.
Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
Candidates must reside in Germany and have the legal right to work there.
