Description

  • Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Power Apps.
  • Build workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.
  • Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse environments and data models.
  • Develop custom components, including PCF controls, using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Customize Dynamics 365 CE applications and develop plugins and workflow activities.
  • Integrate applications with external systems through REST APIs, the Dataverse Web API, and Azure services.
  • Manage solution deployment processes and optimize application performance.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and independently handle development, integrations, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants and contribute to code reviews and documentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization.
  • Experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and pro-code solutions.
  • Proficiency with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, PCF controls, and CRM architecture.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, solution management, and deployments.
  • Ability to independently manage development, integrations, troubleshooting, and releases.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience with Azure Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Power Platform ALM (preferred).
  • Experience with custom connectors, Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service, security and governance, Power Pages, or Copilot Studio (preferred).
