Description

  • Analyze client needs and help define business system requirements.
  • Prepare and align functional requirements documents (FRD) with clients.
  • Design requested system changes and add-ons, and prepare technical specifications.
  • Test and document system changes, enhancements, and internal solutions.
  • Train client employees to use the business management system and prepare user instructions.
  • Analyze and consult on user inquiries related to the system.
  • Participate in the development of the company’s additional solutions and internal projects.
  • Collaborate with consultants and developers on project delivery.
  • Work with clients in Lithuania and abroad.

Requirements

  • Experience with MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
  • Experience analyzing client needs and translating them into business system requirements.
  • Experience designing, implementing, developing, and supporting business management systems.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • Experience with sales, purchasing, and fixed asset modules is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Initiative and willingness to take ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team while meeting deadlines.
  • MS Business Central certification (MB-800) or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with integrations such as API and web services is a plus.
  • Basic project management knowledge is a plus.
  • Interest in IT innovations and digital solutions is a plus.
