Description

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for business and sales performance.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Create predictive models, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies to support growth initiatives.
  • Partner with business, analytics, and IT teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Translate analytical findings into business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support cross-sell optimization, operational efficiency, and customer profitability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business recommendations.
  • Insurance or financial services experience is preferred.
  • Predictive analytics, segmentation, and statistical modeling experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python or R is preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
