Description

  • Ensure acquisitions are processed promptly so properties can be listed quickly.
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process.
  • Review and enter contracts and settlement statements into the CRM accurately.
  • Manage relationships with title companies to keep settlements moving on schedule.
  • Assist with property marketing by ordering photos, creating online listings, and coordinating staging.
  • Partner with the construction team to confirm projects are completed before listing.
  • Support the company’s expansion into new geographic markets.
  • Sign closing documents as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the settlement or title industry.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and accurate document handling is preferred.
