Description

  • Follow up on leads and acquire new homes.
  • Value properties, analyze comparable sales, and determine ARV and as-is value.
  • Estimate repair costs for acquisition targets.
  • Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions.
  • Prepare contracts for ratification.
  • Meet with homeowners in person to present offers.
  • Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies through closing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work remotely while conducting regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Evening and weekend availability is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
