Description

  • Own relationships with existing partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Work with third-party vendors to position Hospitable as their preferred property management software and generate referrals and pipeline.
  • Plan and run go-to-market activities with partners based on priority tiers.
  • Secure and maintain partner placements across marketing websites, integration directories, sales materials, email campaigns, nurture flows, and customer onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to turn partnerships into a reliable source of new trials and paying customers.
  • Ensure accurate attribution, tracking links, reporting, and performance metrics are in place.
  • Run regular partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews focused on performance, revenue impact, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the launch of new partnerships through internal enablement, external training, and documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities based on trial volume, revenue potential, strategic alignment, and roadmap fit.
  • Help define, negotiate, and document referral and revenue share agreements, and track performance against agreed terms.
  • Act as the first point of contact for partner questions about API capabilities, integration setup, data flows, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to align partner needs with technical reality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem, growth, or account management roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to turn partnerships into measurable growth outcomes such as trials, customers, and revenue.
  • Strong commercial judgment with experience evaluating and prioritizing partner opportunities based on impact.
  • Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and technical concepts with partners without needing to code.
  • Experience drafting, managing, or negotiating referral or revenue share agreements.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align internal teams and external partners around shared goals.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning initiatives end to end.
  • Ability to work within US or EMEA time zones is ideal.
  • Experience in the short-term rental industry as a host or business operator is a plus.
  • Existing Hospitable customer status is a plus.

Benefits

  • Total compensation budget of US$121,000 to US$149,000 depending on location.
  • For US employees, gross salary range of US$103,275 to US$126,650.
  • Equity through $HOST token RSUs with a grant value of up to US$44,700.
  • Eligible for up to an additional USD $291,044 per year in Performance Share Units tied to company performance.
