Description

  • Lead multiple medium to large projects from planning through successful implementation.
  • Own PLC processes from conception to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Assist with creation of business cases and project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Drive issue resolution by partnering with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Determine project team structure, define roles and responsibilities, and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile and/or Waterfall practices within PMO processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, stakeholders, and business leaders.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations.
  • Communicate status, milestones, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and project teams.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 4–8 years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Project Management certification or coursework such as PMP preferred.
  • Experience managing technology-related projects or working within an IT environment preferred.
  • Periodic travel may be required.

  • Annual salary range of $89,800.00 to $125,500.00, commensurate with experience and location.
