Description

  • Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern authoring, video, and AI-based tools.
  • Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences that promote real-world application.
  • Ensure learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and quality to ensure successful execution.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify learning needs.
  • Translate business challenges into effective learning strategies and solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
  • Experience with Synthesia for AI video creation.
  • Experience with Camtasia or similar video editing tools.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
  • Experience designing interactive, scenario-based, and microlearning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  • Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $66,500 to $92,000 annually.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, location, and other factors.
