Description

Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern authoring, video, and AI-based tools.
Create scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences that promote real-world application.
Ensure learning content is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes.
Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.
Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and quality to ensure successful execution.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and implement continuous improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify learning needs.
Translate business challenges into effective learning strategies and solutions.
Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and successful delivery.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
Experience with Synthesia for AI video creation.
Experience with Camtasia or similar video editing tools.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
Experience designing interactive, scenario-based, and microlearning experiences.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance measurement.
Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
Working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.

Benefits

Pay range of $66,500 to $92,000 annually.
Salary is commensurate with experience, location, and other factors.
