Description

  • Design and evolve a field learning ecosystem aligned with sales and growth objectives.
  • Develop onboarding, ongoing development, performance support, and reinforcement experiences.
  • Create scalable learning programs using virtual instruction, cohorts, microlearning, simulations, peer collaboration, and digital learning.
  • Evaluate and implement learning technologies, including AI-enabled tools, personalization, and analytics.
  • Establish KPIs linking learning initiatives to sales productivity, adoption, field execution, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze learning and performance data to identify improvements and refine learning experiences.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Lines of Business, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
  • Build relationships and influence outcomes within a matrixed organization without direct authority.
  • Identify capability gaps and support change efforts that promote continuous learning and performance accountability.
  • Support improvements in new agent validation rates, sales productivity, learning adoption, and field execution.‌

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in learning strategy, sales, performance consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Experience designing and delivering remote and digital learning programs.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into practical, executable learning experiences.
  • Strong virtual facilitation skills and experience supporting distributed field organizations.
  • Experience experimenting with and implementing AI-enabled learning tools.
  • Experience working effectively in a matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority.
  • Life and required securities licenses, including Series 6, 63, and 26, or willingness to obtain required licenses within one year of hire; Property & Casualty and/or health licenses may also be required.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated sales environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting distributed or captive sales organizations preferred.
  • Budget ownership, vendor management, and a technology-forward mindset preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $76,600–$106,450, with an anticipated starting salary of $85,000 based on qualifications and experience.
  • Eligibility for a 10% annual incentive opportunity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package supporting employees and their families.
  • Periodic travel may be required.
