Description

  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding, e-learning, and continuous learning programs.
  • Facilitate live virtual and instructor-led training on onboarding, processes, technical topics, and professional development.
  • Partner with Customer Service leaders, Quality Assurance, and stakeholders to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
  • Analyze QA trends, learner feedback, KPIs, and post-training results to evaluate effectiveness and target improvements.
  • Maintain LMS content, course materials, schedules, completion tracking, readiness documentation, and program updates.
  • Support adoption of new tools, technologies, products, processes, and customer service models.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training, Learning & Development, Customer Service, contact center operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience developing e-learning and training content.
  • Experience facilitating live virtual and/or instructor-led training.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
  • Ability to translate complex processes, tools, and information into clear learning experiences.
  • Consultative stakeholder-partnership skills, including needs assessment and solution recommendation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a collaborative, changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience with LMS, e-learning tools, virtual training platforms, Microsoft Office, QA data, performance reporting, or learner feedback systems preferred.
