Description

Own the product backlog, prioritize work, and run day-to-day planning and Agile ceremonies.
Drive timebound delivery by aligning business and technical perspectives and clarifying priorities and shared outcomes.
Collaborate with technical leads to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
Support engineering and data science teams by clarifying requirements, resolving feasibility questions, and translating user and business needs.
Facilitate cross-team problem solving and manage dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery alignment with adjacent solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform decisions and validate hypotheses.
Partner with designers to create UX flows, wireframes, and product designs.
Define, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
Support release management, proactive user support, and issue resolution.
Contribute to business cases, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement of planning and launch processes.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
5+ years of experience running day-to-day product execution with Data Science and/or Engineering teams.
3+ years of experience working with SMEs to uncover nuances in ambiguous business problems and operational processes.
3+ years of stakeholder management experience.
3+ years of demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment.
2+ years of experience building capabilities that leverage AI, ML, or other advanced analytics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).
Strong Excel, SQL, analytics, and storytelling capability (preferred).
Experience managing a product through its full lifecycle, especially from concept through launch (preferred).
Interest in using new AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and ways of working (preferred).
