Description

  • Drive franchisee performance by analyzing business data and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with franchisees to implement action plans that improve quality of care, client experience, revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead structured business reviews with franchise leadership teams and turn insights into priorities, goals, and next steps.
  • Coach and influence franchisees to strengthen leadership, decision-making, and execution across multiple locations.
  • Accelerate adoption of systems, tools, data platforms, operational processes, and technology solutions across the network.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align initiatives and inform enterprise decision-making with field insights.
  • Provide real-time coaching and accountability support to franchisees in an assigned book of business.
  • Manage calendar and schedule independently while maintaining availability during general company working hours and attending required quarterly, semi-annual, and annual events.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by delivering candid feedback, navigating conflict, and balancing strategic and tactical support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Preferred background in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics/Data Science, or Management/Strategy.
  • Experience in data/analytics and information systems is desirable.
  • Experience in franchise management is desirable.
  • Experience in management consulting is desirable.
  • Certifications in BI platforms or other data tools are desirable.
  • PMP certification is desirable.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification is desirable.
  • Franchise Management certification is desirable.
  • Availability during general company working hours with flexible start and stop times based on location.
  • Occasional travel for quarterly, semi-annual, annual, regional, and franchise owner events.
  • Approximately 65% of time spent directly engaging with franchisees in the assigned territory.

  • Annual base salary of $142,200 to $158,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
