Description

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for one or more focus areas such as Care Pro Hiring, Care Pro Staffing, or Workforce Quality.
  • Set and deliver against metrics and KPIs aligned with company goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals through analytics, direct observation, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to use technology to accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges.
  • Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design leaders to create product team processes that support high-velocity delivery.
  • Deconstruct complex problems, identify root causes, and focus on the highest-impact issues.
  • Work quickly to drive impact by balancing incremental and radical change, including doing hands-on work when needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management.
  • Technical degree in engineering, economics, or a related field, or experience in a technical organization.
  • Experience supporting a complex operational function through product work, or direct operations experience.
  • Experience rolling out large-scale operational and process changes in conjunction with product releases.
  • Experience at a fast-growing, scrappy company.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including comfort with SQL, Looker, or another BI platform.
  • Ability to analyze messy or incomplete information and identify key takeaways.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain product decisions and tradeoffs to an executive audience in a written memo.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and using judgment, data, and collaboration to move decisions forward.
  • Excitement about leveraging generative AI to solve human behavior problems and learn new technologies and applications.
