Description

  • Lead structured intake conversations and shape hiring strategy, role scope, and hiring bar with managers.
  • Drive a consistent, fair interview process and hold hiring managers accountable to it.
  • Negotiate and extend offers in partnership with hiring managers and People Ops.
  • Build long-term relationships with active and passive candidates and maintain warm talent pipelines.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience that supports Hone’s employer brand.
  • Use AI tools as part of daily recruiting workflow for sourcing, outreach, screening support, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and use recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and bottlenecks.
  • Train hiring managers on effective, legally compliant use of AI tools in hiring decisions.
  • Help build recruiting infrastructure, including process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership.
  • 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain active talent pipelines.
  • Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine preferred.
  • Experience advising hiring managers on role scope, market compensation, and hiring strategy, including pushing back when needed.
  • Ability to manage a dynamic req load in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT as part of a recruiting workflow.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, deadline management, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a frequently changing environment; high-growth or startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and communication tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
