Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live for Ridgeline’s enterprise cloud platform.
  • Define project goals, scope, success criteria, timelines, and structured delivery plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across consulting, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful deployments.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines and customer outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and key milestones to internal teams and customer leadership.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Analyze delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve future implementations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation frameworks, delivery methodologies, and operational processes.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve documentation, communication, and project management efficiency.
  • Support collaboration and knowledge sharing across implementation programs to strengthen delivery consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office investment management workflows, including portfolio accounting, performance measurement, trading, reconciliation, data management, compliance, and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations with both functional and technical workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction while maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal teams and customer leadership.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies and software platforms.
  • Experience communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn cutting-edge technologies while building expertise in the investment management domain.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and effective communication.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Domestic travel expected 25–50%.
  • Understanding of Agile principles and SaaS development lifecycles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, or Mavenlink is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technologies is preferred.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 are preferred.

Benefits

  • Starting salary range of $104,000–$130,000 OTE, with $114,000–$143,000 OTE in select locations.
