Description

  • Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls with candidates daily via Zoom or phone.
  • Collect and accurately record candidate information in the CRM/ATS.
  • Explain open opportunities and screen candidates for qualifications, interest, and availability.
  • Guide candidates through next steps and provide a smooth handoff to recruiters.
  • Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically on every candidate call.
  • Track daily metrics and work to improve conversion and engagement rates.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, marketing, or a similar field.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn, adapt, and improve sourcing strategies.
  • Resilience and persistence in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • High professionalism, attention to detail, confidentiality, and organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
