Description

  • Conduct 50-100 outbound calls per day to qualified leads.
  • Complete approximately 20 live conversations daily with prospective customers.
  • Follow up with 100-250 leads generated through customer events and marketing activities.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and close at least 2 sales per week.
  • Process customer payments and support a smooth purchasing experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven B2C sales experience, preferably in a high-volume phone sales environment.
  • Experience selling to an older demographic, especially ages 50-70.
  • Demonstrated success selling high-ticket products or services.
  • Comfort with discussing pricing, handling objections, and collecting customer payments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to consistently meet performance targets.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
