Description

  • Send daily customized outbound brand outreach emails using templates and Affinity CRM.
  • Execute follow-up outreach every 2–3 business days for non-responding brands.
  • Track and maintain brand and deal pipelines in Affinity, including status, stages, and communications.
  • Respond to inbound RFPs and brand inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Build targeted brand outreach lists by vertical and category.
  • Support contract workflows by redlining, tracking versions, storing documents, and coordinating final legal review with Greenroom.
  • Manage and track brand campaign deliverables and confirm client and brand satisfaction after deals close.
  • Assist with invoicing, deal documentation, and CRM updates across Affinity, CreatorIQ, and Airtable.
  • Coordinate scheduling for creator calls, brand meetings, internal pod syncs, team/client travel, and gifting.
  • Handle inbox management, content calendar maintenance, upload scheduling, meeting notes, and daily/weekly status reporting.

Requirements

  • High sense of urgency and strong responsiveness.
  • Exceptional written communication with strong grammar, concise messaging, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills to handle high-volume work without missing details.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and able to problem-solve independently.
  • Even temperament and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar.
  • Familiarity with Affinity CRM, CreatorIQ, or Airtable is a plus.
  • Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or the digital creator economy is a plus.
  • Understanding of social media sponsorships and brand deal structures across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok is a plus.
  • Experience supporting a high-volume outreach function such as sales or partnerships is a plus.
