Description

  • Send outbound brand outreach and complete structured follow-ups to unresponsive brands.
  • Maintain brand and talent pipelines in Affinity, CreatorIQ, and internal systems.
  • Support deal operations, including campaign tracking, deliverables, brand spend, and invoicing.
  • Respond to inbound RFPs and brand inquiries and support contract workflows, including redlining, version tracking, and storage.
  • Manage scheduling for creators, brand calls, and internal pod meetings.
  • Book travel, manage inboxes, and handle templated replies and follow-ups.
  • Order milestone gifts and maintain gifting workflows.
  • Support content calendar maintenance, including uploads, scheduling, and reminders.
  • Build brand outreach lists, target verticals, and pull social media and content performance analytics.
  • Update CRM tools, internal rosters, creator profiles, deal tracking sheets, and reports.
  • Support talent scouting through basic research and deck preparation.
  • Attend internal meetings, take notes, and provide daily and weekly status summaries.
  • Handle file management, data entry, and general administrative organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in outreach, lead generation, or client support.
  • Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up activity.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Affinity and CreatorIQ, and with pipeline management.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, invoicing, and contract workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills for calendar, inbox, travel, and administrative coordination.
  • Excellent written English communication; outbound email writing is a major part of the role.
  • Extreme attention to detail, especially when reviewing contracts, mistakes, and redlines.
  • High responsiveness and the ability to communicate quickly internally and externally.
  • Experience managing content calendars, research tasks, data tracking, and analytics.
  • Ability to maintain CRM systems, reports, internal trackers, and documentation.
  • Influencer, administrative, or marketing experience is a plus.
