Description

  • Coordinate scheduling and screening for focus groups and in-depth interviews.
  • Manage the assignment, timing, and completion of research projects across offshore team workflows.
  • Report directly to the Director of Research Operations and support execution and delivery of research projects.
  • Allocate project resources and monitor project progress to keep work streams on track.
  • Work with Customer Experience and Research Excellence teams to gather feedback and share participant completion lists.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Director of Research Operations.
  • Manage the purchase order process, including generating POs for ad-hoc projects.
  • Work with the Customer Experience team to help ensure target margin is achieved.
  • Test surveys for quality, compliance, and best practices.
  • Ensure all project components are executed within scope and on schedule.

Requirements

  • Project management experience.
  • Technical understanding of programming.
  • Experience using survey platforms, preferably Alchemer or Qualtrics.
  • Market research background and knowledge of research techniques are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must be available to work from home permanently during U.S. business hours.
