Description

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and company goals.
  • Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Monday.com to track tasks, monitor progress, and generate reports.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Support Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, developers, and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain status reports, dashboards, and presentations for clients and senior leadership.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven insights.
  • Create process maps and workflow diagrams to communicate proposed improvements.
  • Partner with clients to develop scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
  • Use analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
  • Residency in Washington State or Texas.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with a diverse partner group.
  • Strong project management structure skills, including project plans, weekly status reports, issue logs, risk logs, and transition plans.
  • Ability to develop and present prioritized findings and recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to build customer trust and confidence.
  • Interest in learning to lead and grow a consulting firm (preferred).
  • Experience with Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams (preferred).
  • Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university (preferred).
