Description

  • Lead multiple large enterprise implementation projects for utility customers across North America.
  • Apply SpryPoint’s hybrid implementation methodology to client projects.
  • Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, task assignments, and effort estimates.
  • Coordinate priorities and workload across Professional Services and Development teams.
  • Manage communications, capacity planning, forecasting, and project risk.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation in line with the SOW and implementation methodology.
  • Negotiate resources, deliverables, scope changes, and compromises with customers and within a matrix organization.
  • Support gap analysis and discovery workshops for client implementations.
  • Review contractual obligations and ensure all SOW requirements are met and delivered successfully.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in project management or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SaaS implementations.
  • PMP, CAPM, or comparable project management designation is preferred/considered an asset.
  • Experience or familiarity with the utilities industry is an asset.
  • General familiarity with Management Information Systems such as CIS, WAMS, MWM, and/or GIS is a bonus.
  • Fluency with productivity tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with web-based portfolio/project/product management tools.
  • Training in both traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to travel and work at client sites across North America.
  • Must be able to travel between the United States and Canada with no known legal or immigration-related impediments.
