Description

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned to revenue growth, pipeline targets, market share, and brand objectives.
  • Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign delivery.
  • Drive new business development and account growth through prospecting, relationship management, and account planning.
  • Manage key customer relationships to support retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes.
  • Plan, deliver, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Track campaign ROI, conversion performance, forecasting, reporting, and dashboard metrics to support decision-making.
  • Partner with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Create or improve processes, playbooks, and KPI frameworks to support scalable growth.
  • Coach and mentor team members, including onboarding and performance development where applicable.
  • Maintain compliant marketing and data-handling practices aligned with applicable Saudi requirements, including PDPL where relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field; MBA and relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • 5–12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or broader commercial roles at mid- to senior level.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or retention.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, depending on the specialization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua, depending on the specialization.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads, where relevant to the role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Commercial and analytical capability to interpret data, build business cases, and prioritize activity for impact.
  • Employment terms are subject to contract, applicable Saudi labour regulations, and in some cases Saudisation/Nitaqat requirements.
