Description

  • Oversee and support manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials flow.
  • Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
  • Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor KPIs related to production output, inventory, on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance.
  • Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation.
  • Lead, mentor, and support teams, supervisors, and planners.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning, and long-term operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production management, supply chain management or planning, procurement or sourcing, logistics or distribution operations, manufacturing or process engineering, or quality engineering or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageous.
